I've settled into a little rhythm with training this past week. Think I've found a sweet spot with duration, frequency and intensity. One thing that i've learnt from these years of training is that you need to work with your body. I've been feeling out of sorts lately with training, hitting a rough patch where nothing feels right and there is no progress. Its natural I guess.... neways think I'm back in tune with how my training sched fits into my life schedule. Since yday was more physical today would be more technical.

Chap farn - tons of green veggies, steamed egg, lots of tofu, some tofu skin & fungus, steamed minced pork

1 small Reeces peanut butter cup - they are running out
